My wife and I are flying into Santiago. She's something of a reluctant
flyer, so I thought I would take a week to drive down to Puerto Montt, perhaps Chiloe, stopping at a few places and driving back. We are used to long drives and enjoy sight seeing from the car more than a bus or train. We also are happy with just a day or two in a town. It appears that the distance would take about 10 hours. Any ideas about the reality? And any great places to stop going either way? |
