we are going to sandals negril and was wondering if we should bring
our laptop. details are sketchy about internet access. does anyone
know what they offer, and if there is a charge, how much? much
appreciated.

I'd wonder too.

at Couples Ocho Rios they said they had wireless access... but in
reality it was just in the lobby area.

much like their answer about elevators...

yes they have one...

NO it doesn't go from lobby to restaurant to pool to beach levels....

this trip is to Couples Negril and we're wondering about access there.

1) it's ALL INCLUSIVE so no there's no charge for wireless... it's
available in and around the piano bar.

2) there is a nice air conditioned cyber lounge so why bother carrying a
pc mon?

Hi,

computer/internet access is much improved over the single pc off the
lobby at the top of the stairs.

now there is a pretty well equipped cyber lounge and you can usually
find a free pc... if not just stroll back by later...

connection dropped from time to time... but eh, this is jamaica... go
have a hummingbird and relax a bit.

there is reportedly wireless access near the piano bar... but I didn't
use it nor did I see anyone using it... cyber lounge is nice and you
don't have to haul out your laptop.
