Hello,

Could somebody please suggest what the best way to call Africa is? I saw on
http://www.PhoneRateFinder.com that you can call some African countries for
as low as 6 cents a minute with prepaid phone cards. Has anybody tried it? I
mean I have used that web site for my other phone needs, but it is kind of
hard to believe that you can call Africa for so little. I would appreciate
any advice.
